How to use AI chat for Mental Health.png

Download Dear ChatGPT (Free)

Research from Harvard Business Review in 2025 revealed something remarkable: people are using generative AI most often for 'therapy and companionship'—surpassing all other applications. What researchers are starting to realize though is that when used incorrectly, AI can adversely affect your mental health including your own capacity for emotional regulation and healthy relationships, leaving you feeling even more isolated and depleted.

As ambitious, goal-oriented men or women, the message we often receive from society (and ourselves) is "don't feel". Don't get upset, don't get angry, don't cry. And yet to feel is simply to be human. In this talk, we get into the role of feelings, how connecting with them helps, and how to deal with them in a way that empowers you to live as the best version of yourself.

The event was targeted at women, but the message applies to everyone!
