Initial consultation - Free

1 session: 12,000 JPY/session (Approx. 80 USD)

4 sessions: 10,500 JPY/ session (Approx. 70 USD) 

12 sessions: 8,500 JPY/ session (Approx. 57 USD) 

iTherapy (courses):

19,000 JPY (Approx. 120 USD) for 5 weeks

Group therapy: 3500 JPY per session

I understand that quality mental health care is often not affordable.
I've designed multiple price options with this in mind. For individual therapy, you can choose to pay per individual session (12,000 JPY i.e. approx. 80 USD) or benefit from the savings in the pricing plans. iTherapy is a chance for you to participate in therapy at your own pace, from anywhere, at 19,000 JPY (approx. 120 USD) for 5 weeks.  Group therapy is at 3500 JPY/ session, paid for 4 sessions at a time. If you have budget constraints, please feel free to contact me. I'm here to guide you to services that might fit your needs better.

iTherapy: Counseling made affordable (new!)

Therapy Garden was founded with the goal of making counseling services more accessible and affordable. iTherapy is an exciting step in that direction: self-paced online courses with videos, reflection exercises, and weekly feedback via email from counselor & psychotherapist Diya John, using evidence-based therapy approaches like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). 

Price: 19,000 JPY (approx. 120 USD) for 5 weeks

Payment (for paid sessions) can be made by bank transfer or convenience store options available on this website. Clients can request for payment by credit card/debit card or PayPal but this will include a surcharge of 3.5% to cover the higher transaction fee.

Note: Consumption Tax (10%) is applicable in addition to the fee mentioned above. 

Rescheduling/ cancellation before the commencement of Session(s):

0-36 hours’ notice before the Session – no refund (full Session fee applicable).
