iTherapy: Counseling made affordable (new!)
Therapy Garden was founded with the goal of making counseling services more accessible and affordable. iTherapy is an exciting step in that direction: self-paced online courses with videos, reflection exercises, and weekly feedback via email from counselor & psychotherapist Diya John, using evidence-based therapy approaches like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Price: 19,000 JPY (approx. 120 USD) for 5 weeks
