iTherapy: Counseling made affordable (new!)

Therapy Garden was founded with the goal of making counseling services more accessible and affordable. iTherapy is an exciting step in that direction: self-paced online courses with videos, reflection exercises, and weekly feedback via email from counselor & psychotherapist Diya John, using evidence-based therapy approaches like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). 

Price: 19,000 JPY (approx. 120 USD) for 5 weeks

However, you don't need to wait for all of your circumstances to change before you start living your best life. At Therapy Garden, we're dedicated to empowering you with psychology-backed inputs and tools, so that you can begin right where you are.

We'll spend 50 minutes together (online) discussing what you'd like to address in therapy. This is a chance for you to explore what it would be like to work with me.

If we are a good fit, you can book sessions online, using a pricing plan if needed
